Yoga Nidra is a profound state of rest and awareness.

Often translated as "yogic sleep," it is a state of conscious, deep relaxation that brings awareness to multiple levels of being.


Practicing Yoga Nidra under the full moon can can be especially grounding and nourishing as the full moon enhances the meditative state, inviting balance & clarity.  It can also help attune you to natural rhythms and the cyclical nature of our being.


November's full moon is the fourth and final Supermoon of 2024.  At this time of increased energy it is an ideal opportunity for healing, introspection and spiritual practices.
